Advocating for Ourselves and our Patients: How to Manage and Teach Management of Microaggressions

Our session aims to explore common hospital encounters in which students, trainees, and attendings experience microaggressions.  We will share the terminology of microaggressions and implicit bias and then explore implicit bias and it’s impact on our well-being through the delivery of and response to microaggressions.
