The Educator Portfolio Demystified: Creating One and Using it to Reflect on Your Work and Advance Your Career

This session aims to explore common hospital encounters in which students, trainees, and attendings experience microaggressions.  We will share the terminology of microaggressions and implicit bias and then explore implicit bias and it’s impact on our well-being through the delivery of and response to microaggressions.
